Our Mission

  • As adults who are retired or approaching retirement,
    it is our mission to lift up Jesus in our lives and service.
  • To gather for fellowship and spiritual growth.
  • To be evangelistic and inclusive in all we do.
  • To encourage adults to stay involved and active in service after they retire.
  • To provide opportunities to make a difference with the rest of our lives.

    Interests

  • To bridge the generations with God's love
  • To provide for the needs of older adults both
    within the church and the community
  • To add life to years... not just years to live
  • To start new home Bible studies
  • To form an R.O.C. Club ("Retirees on Call")

  • Prime Time meets one Monday per month for prayer, fellowship, and lunch
  • We provide the R.O.C. Food Ministry for bereaved families
  • We assist with food for other functions of the church, such as play practices, and when groups visit our church to minister
  • Nursing Home ministries, such as Pardee Adult Day Care on
    Wednesday mornings, and Life Care Center on Sunday mornings
  • We enjoy trips together on a modern motor coach

A time for everything...

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A ime to be born, and a time to die;
A time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal;
A time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
A time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose;
A time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew;
A time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate;
A time of war, and a time of peace.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
